Add a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, or Register of Interests document for members to complete when joining a workspace.

Overview
Oftentimes the nature of strategy work can be confidential in nature. Additionally, protecting the organization from decisions that may be heavily biased by an individuals interests is critical.
Adding a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, or Register of Interests can be a way to improve governance and ensure appropriate mechanisms are in place for legal purposes.
Skhema enables a register to be configured at the level of the workspace. This ensures that any team member that may be quickly called upon to contribute to the formulation of strategy, whether they are internal or external of the organization, meets a minimum requirement before accessing or contributing to the topic of concern.
There are two options when configuring a workspace register:
Upload a document
In this method, a workspace administrator uploads a pre-existing document. The document must be in a .pdf format and should be configured to enable the user to easily complete a digital version of the document.
When a user joins a workspace, they will be prompted to complete and upload the document prior to gaining access to the workspace.
Custom integration
In this method, a workspace administrator has two additional options;
Configure an automation through a third-party application such as Zapier and Make, or
Register a custom webhook.
When a new member is added to a workspace Skhema will send an event to trigger the external workflow.
Using a custom integration increases the flexibility and control to manage the workflow when a new member joins the workspace. Customers choose this option to integrate existing eSignature technologies such as DocuSign or PandaDoc, or to inject additional steps into the invitation process.
