Support Structures

Component Summary

Do what is necessary.

The Skhema Method encourages teams to devise the capabilities that will get them to where they need to be tomorrow.
We encourage decisions based on whether capabilities can be acquired or reliably developed to drive growth. Not restricted by the organizations current makeup.
It is helpful to reflect upon the notion that people's values change, with time, experience, maturity and perspective. Rather than limit or bias the early formulation process, we leave the final test to last. Do our choices align with the principles we hold today? We frequently question our own principles.
