The Skhema Method encourages teams to adopt a broad consideration of approaches to overcoming it's stated challenges without any tendency towards, bias or limitation self-imposed by the organization.
When considering the business's method and positioning, we prioritize where the business can draw sources of advantage and take reasonable consideration of internal and external factors such as counter-positioning.
It's important to remember that a guiding policy is provisional. It commands a broad approach for the present time, with the possibility to change as circumstances change. Not a static pillar.
